Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or technical project management experience.
- Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
- Master's degree in a technology field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the global S&OP cycle and align demand with supply plans.
- Deliver a single trusted signal reconciling financial plans and outlooks.
- Run executive planning forums and secure leadership alignment.
- Architect planning systems and automate demand, supply, and scenario planning.
- Build constrained-planning models to surface risks and levers.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to measure forecast accuracy and capacity.
- Sponsor digital transformation sprints to raise planning maturity.
