We are seeking multiple GenAI engineers to join the “Incubator”, an AI first team focused on cutting edge client solutions as well as go to market products, leveraging things like multi agent orchestration and rapid reusable prototyping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GenAI experience including multi-agent orchestration
• Experience prototyping and building agentic solutions
• Ability to co-develop code with client engineering teams
• Translate abstract requirements into functional software and integrate AI models into business workflows

Responsibilities

• Prototype and build production-grade AI/ML pipelines and reusable frameworks
• Collaborate with client engineering teams to co-develop solutions
• Engage in frequent client meetings to define and refine capabilities
• Architect scalable solutions and transform client solutions into reusable products
