Job summary

Fox Point Recruitment LLC is seeking a Sr. Director of FP&A Systems to drive the enterprise FP&A technology strategy across Irvine/Santa Clara. Lead modernization of OneStream, BI tooling, and ERP integrations, with strong governance and C-suite collaboration.

Ideal candidate brings 10–15 years in IT/enterprise applications, 8+ years in FP&A, and a track record delivering global programs in semiconductor or high-tech hardware. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive IT or enterprise applications experience.
• At least 8 years in FP&A systems and finance processes.
• Experience supporting global Finance in semiconductor/high-tech hardware.
• Proven success delivering large, complex enterprise programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise FP&A systems strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead GenAI-first FP&A transformation with governance and explainability.
• Modernize stack: OneStream, Power BI, Databricks, ERP integrations.
• Partner with Finance leadership; manage global FP&A teams and budgets.
• Govern vendor strategy, budgets, and program delivery visibility.
