Netflix, Inc. in Los Gatos seeks a Senior Manager on the Finance & Strategy team to translate fast-moving data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

You’ll own ROI narratives for GenAI tooling, model adoption, and cost across general-purpose and domain-specific use cases, partnering with data science, engineering and legal teams. The role leads a small team of two associates and collaborates with product, procurement and finance to shape measurement frameworks and dashboards

Qualifications

• A strong track record of critical thinking and independent analysis with clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• 8-10 years in a highly analytical environment (consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent) with experience in media or tech.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building models from incomplete data.
• Expert working knowledge of Excel and visualization tools; familiarity with Tableau.
• Experience in vendor negotiation, procurement, or commercial deal analysis is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of product and technology concepts and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support long-term strategy evaluating internal ecosystems and industry landscape for open source/open weight models.
• Own ROI and measurement narratives for GenAI enterprise and workforce tooling across use cases.
• Develop a shared analytical framework for general-purpose and domain-specific workflows and ensure proper measurement.
• Build phased measurement frameworks to demonstrate productivity gains over time.
• Lead dashboards and reporting on GenAI adoption, engagement, and cost with cross-functional partners.
• Support vendor negotiation strategy through scenario modeling with legal and procurement teams.
• Refine financial models for tooling spend and usage growth assumptions.
• Partner with leaders to interpret spend and productivity data for investment decisions.
• Manage and develop a two-person team with rigorous analysis across workstreams.
