Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a GenAI Experience Center Specialist within AWS Professional Services (ProServe) to create industry-grade demonstrations and translate technical capability into business value in the GenAI Experience Center in Arlington, VA.

You will educate customers and partners on AI technologies transforming industries, build demonstrations, provide architectural guidance, and support pipeline opportunities with AWS and partner solutions.

Qualifications

3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments.
Experience with AI/ML technologies.
2+ years of hands on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate models.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging tours of the GenAI Experience Center for customers and partners.
Adapt presentations based on audience industry, role, and technical expertise.
Facilitate hands-on demonstrations and interactive experiences.
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the visitor experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure demonstration readiness.
Support pipeline tracking and follow-up engagement coordination.
