Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise GenAI and agentic AI solutions across RAG and orchestration patterns.
• Hands-on with multiple vector databases and grounding, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics models and explain results to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data extraction, transformation, and preparation for model development.
• Develop models using statistical or machine learning techniques and deploy analytics tools.
• Test and validate models, selecting best-performing algorithms based on metrics.
• Collaborate with technology teams to operationalize analytics solutions.
• Document model development and deployment for reproducibility.
• Work with business partners to translate requirements into actionable models.
