Infosys Topaz is seeking a Data Science Consultant 1 to join our AI team in Charlotte, NC. You will contribute to data extraction, model development, testing, and deployment within enterprise analytics projects, working closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable models.

The role emphasizes hands-on modeling with SAS, R/Python, and modern GenAI tools, focusing on data quality, validation, and scalable analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; equivalent experience considered.
• US work authorization is encouraged; relocation possible to support project needs.
• Proven experience with GenAI and enterprise AI solutions in production settings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data extraction, transformation, and preparation.
• Develop models using statistical or machine learning techniques and collaborate to operationalize analytics tools.
• Test, validate, and compare models using business metrics and statistical validity.
• Define analytics problems and perform visualization, analysis, and predictive modeling with senior support.
• Deploy analytics tools in test and production environments meeting operational requirements.
