Job summary

Xenith Solutions is seeking a GenAI Developer to join our team supporting a CBP contract. The role focuses on agile development, delivering deployable AI/ML software in short sprints, and collaborating with diverse, geographically distributed teams.

You will design and implement AI-enabled software, participate in prototyping, and ensure scalable, secure solutions. A strong cloud and DevSecOps background is beneficial in a fast-paced government-contractor environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required and able to pass CBP background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom software solutions for AI/ML pilot projects.
• Act as a member of prototyping teams delivering working software in short timelines.
• Analyze complex problems and craft innovative tech solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with AI technologies and best practices.
• Design scalable systems with high availability.
• Collaborate with Data Scientist teams to integrate AI/ML solutions.
