Eightelevengroup is seeking a GenAI Developer to join a dynamic AI and data practice serving federal programs in the DMV area. The role is hybrid (1-2 days per week) and involves building AI-enabled web apps, integrating AI models, and delivering production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of software experience, and a track record with frontend JS/TS (React/Next.js) and Python backend (FastAPI/Node.js). Security clearance is required.

• Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript) and frameworks like React/Next.js.

• Experience integrating generative AI or large language models into applications.
• Experience deploying or supporting applications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.

Location: DMV Area (Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia)

Hybrid Role - 1-2 days/wk

Compensation: $65 - $75/hr (Depending on skillset, experience, and clearance)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing AI and data practice supporting high-impact programs across the federal government. As a GenAI Developer, you will work alongside established technical and consulting teams supporting agencies such as the FAA, HUD, and USDA, with opportunities to contribute across multiple federal programs as needed. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment focused on taking emerging AI capabilities beyond experimentation and into scalable, production-ready solutions that support real government missions and end users. You will gain exposure to modern AI and application development, working on technology that directly impacts federal initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
