Quest Global is seeking engineers to build AI-powered remediation features and agent workflows in Houston, TX. You will contribute to production-ready microservices, play with agent‑based approaches, and leverage AWS Bedrock for scalable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

4+ years building software professionally and shipping real features.
Genuine curiosity about AI/agentic systems and related side projects or experiments.
Solid engineering fundamentals: distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Willingness to experiment with new models/frameworks and share fresh perspectives.

Responsibilities

Build agentic features with senior engineers for AI-powered remediation capabilities.
Write production code daily using Java/Spring Boot and AI integrations on AWS.
Learn the full lifecycle from design to production instrumentation and monitoring.
Bring fresh perspectives and contribute to a fast-growing, cross-disciplinary team.
