Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a PMO Consultant to support the Chief People Office PMO, coordinating HR change initiatives and ensuring smooth delivery. The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and collaboration across teams, with exposure to GenAI governance and templates.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management support, strong communication, and experience with SharePoint and PM tools. 1st shift, 40 hours per week in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project governance, coordination or management, preferably HR/Tech/banking.
• Experience with CoPilot or GenAI tools.
• Experience or participation in AI prompt libraries governance and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM software (MS Project, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• GenAI prompt library setup and maintenance for CPO Change.
• Coordinate and maintain project records for HR projects from planning through closing.
• Track project quality, timelines and budgets; ensure alignment with Change Policy and Standards.
• Facilitate communication between PMO and project teams and stakeholders.
• Support development and improvement of PMO processes and templates.
