Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading Quality engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/Typescript, Python.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Karate, Selenium, and JMeter.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Sonar, Nexus, Jenkins, uDeploy, Git, Splunk, Dynatrace, Terraform, AppScan, Checkmarx, CA DevTest.
• Experience with cross-browser testing (BrowserStack, Selenium Grid, OpenShift).
• Experience with Gen AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Model Context Protocol).
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum/SAFe and collaboration tools (Rally/Jira).
• Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP cloud technologies (CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Containers).

Responsibilities

• Quality Engineering strategy execution and governance across teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for multiple applications.
• Hands-on test automation and problem solving to meet quality standards.
• Track and leverage quality metrics to drive defect reduction and improved test outcomes.
• Participate in Agile and Scaled Agile delivery, including end-to-end validation and release readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve complex defects across distributed systems and third-party integrations.
• Enhance system testability, observability, and reliability through code collaboration.
• Mentor Quality Engineers on best practices and scalable test design.
• Support DevOps and release planning with testing perspectives.
• Promote AI/GenAI-driven innovation to improve testing efficiency.
