Experis is seeking a GenAI Developer to join our technology and innovation team in Newark, DE. You will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions, leveraging on-prem models, LLMs, and vector databases to generate content and insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply prompt engineering, NLP techniques, and data preprocessing. A minimum of 3 years in AIML/GenAI is required, with hybrid work including at least 3 days onsite per week in Newark.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an AIML Engineer focused on AI & GenAI projects.
• Strong Python skills, including LangChain, LangGraph, Streamlit, and data science tools.
• Knowledge of NLP for text generation and understanding.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and vector database management.
• Hybrid work setup with a minimum of 3 onsite days per week in Newark, DE.
