Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI into SDLC pipelines and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout and scaling of GenAI tools across CDXO and LOB teams.
• Act as hands-on engineer to build and integrate solutions into enterprise SDLC workflows.
• Define rollout strategies with phased onboarding and scaling.
• Collaborate with product, security, and engineering for governance and adoption.
• Develop developer onboarding and enablement programs for autonomous tools.
