Job summary

INSPYR Solutions seeks an Engineering Program Manager to join the Human-Centered AI (HAI) EPM team, supporting the Data Operations team in Seattle or Cupertino. This 12-month engagement drives programs at the intersection of data operations, data engineering, and internal tooling for GenAI and ML systems.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering or tech program management, strong ability to translate needs into clear roadmaps, and collaboration with engineering, data science, and research

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management or a related role.
• Experience developing and managing technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks.
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational needs into clear requirements, milestones, and execution plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and GenAI feature development, incl. human evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for HAI Data Operations and related roadmaps.
• Partner with Data Operations and Engineering to maintain a clear technical roadmap.
• Lead prioritization across data operations and tooling requirements.
• Improve data management, pipelines, processing, and tooling for AI/ML development.
• Define requirements for internal data and developer tooling with engineers.
• Understand architecture, APIs, data flows, and tooling to identify risks and improvements.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Collaborate with research, data science, and other teams to meet GenAI needs.
