Job summary

Amazon AWS ProServe is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects for enterprise customers. You will collaborate across teams to design, implement, and manage scalable ML solutions on AWS, guiding customers through cloud adoption and best practices.

You will mentor teams, share knowledge, and ensure deployments meet security and compliance standards while advancing GenAI initiatives and cloud strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 5+ years of development/programming/scripting in Python/Java/Bash/Perl.
• 5+ years leading technical teams focused on data, software, or ML engineering.
• 5+ years building predictive modeling and ML on cloud platforms (SageMaker or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for high-performance and secure workloads.
• Build ML solutions and MLOps using AWS services and GenAI when applicable.
• Collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Cloud Infra teams.
• Act as trusted advisor on AI/ML and cloud architectures; mentor others.
