• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices and observability.
• Ability to operate under ambiguity in dynamic environments.
• Hybrid work model requiring three onsite days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize backend services supporting AI workflows.
• Integrate ML/LLM models into production systems focusing on performance and scalability.
• Build and own AI features end to end.
• Monitor AI systems in pre-release and production environments.
• Write production-grade backend code for reliable AI systems.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into plans.
• Contribute to system design, architecture reviews and code quality improvements.
• Drive technical initiatives and continuous improvement.
