Job summary

PwC is seeking a Tax Innovation - Artificial Intelligence Engineer Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and GenAI solutions within our Tax practice. You will mentor junior staff, manage projects, and ensure quality standards are met while guiding teams through complex delivery challenges.

You will apply foundation models, NLP, retrieval, and agentic technologies, developing AI applications with Python and APIs, and implementing MLOps/LLMOps for production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI implementation and GenAI techniques.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and production-grade AI applications.
• Certifications in AI, ML, data engineering, or cloud platforms are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
• Translate business needs into secure, production-ready AI architectures.
• Guide experimentation, evaluation, and solution feasibility.
• Design data, knowledge, and retrieval solutions including vector search and RAG.
• Develop AI applications using Python and APIs; implement agentic workflows.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and quality.
