Job summary

Synechron in Charlotte, NC seeks a Generative AI Developer to build and optimize AI-powered solutions using Devin AI, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, LangChain, and Llama. You will design prompts, fine-tune models, implement RAG and GraphRAG, and collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and generative AI.
• Experience with prompt development and fine-tuning large language models like GPT, Gemini, LangChain, and Llama.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for training and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompts for LLMs to improve output quality.
• Fine-tune prompt strategies for chatbots, content generation, and automated customer service.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, Gemini, LangChain, Llama) for business needs.
• Implement RAG and GraphRAG to enhance knowledge retrieval and outputs.
• Deploy AI models to production in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Monitor model performance, ensure security and compliance, and troubleshoot for speed and scalability.
