Scale is accelerating AI development with its Enterprise ML Research Lab. You will build synthetic data environments for RL post-training and create agents that convert production traces into actionable insights.

You’ll contribute to an agent-building framework powering enterprise deployments and train state-of-the-art models for live customers. The role requires publications in top conferences in the last two years and a PhD or Master’s in CS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of building with LLMs in production.
• Experience creating high-quality data to improve an LLM/Agent.
• Publications in top conferences (NEURIPS, ICLR, ICML) within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Build synthetic data pipelines to generate enterprise environments for RL post-training.
• Create agents to convert traces from production into actionable insights.
• Contribute to our agent-building product using coding agents and proprietary algorithms.
• Train state-of-the-art models for deployment to enterprise customers.
