Job summary

Football Association Premier League Limited seeks a Director of Women’s Engagement (Gen Z Focus) to lead fundraising and engagement efforts from Chicago. You will build relationships with high-capacity women donors and grow our donor base while driving engagement across communities.

The role requires at least 5 years in fundraising or advocacy, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex donor campaigns in a hybrid, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fundraising, client relations, or political advocacy with a track record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to engage diverse supporters, including Gen Z women leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with entrepreneurial energy and a team-first mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Outreach.io is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and engagement strategy; design and implement outreach and fundraising plans to increase support and donor base.
• Build strong relationships with high-capacity women donors and inspire deeper involvement.
• Expand our network by identifying and securing new donors aligned with our mission.
• Activate existing supporters to fulfill pledges and support endorsed candidates.
• Meet quarterly and annual goals in donor retention, acquisition, and upgrades.
• Foster grassroots leadership by recruiting and mentoring women.
• Keep the community informed with impactful political and policy updates.
• Manage donor tracking and campaigns in Salesforce CRM to record interactions and contributions.
