Job summary

SCALIS is seeking a Gen Z creator to develop short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The role is hybrid—mostly remote, with occasional filming in Miami with the founder/CEO.

You’ll own videos from concept to posting, producing about five pieces weekly and shaping the brand visually and tonally across channels. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a South Florida college, have an existing personal brand or content, and understand CapCut.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a South Florida college (FIU, UM, FAU, Nova, Miami Dade, Barry, etc.).
• Marketing, communications, digital media, or social media–adjacent major.
• You already make content or have a personal brand; CapCut is muscle memory and you know hooks land in the first 3 seconds.
• Able to spot trends and jump on them before your feed catches up.
• Commit around 15 hours a week around your class schedule.
• Based in South Florida (Miami preferred) to film founder content in person.
• Legally authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit ~5 short-form vertical videos per week for TikTok, IG, and LinkedIn.
• Turn scripted concepts into hooks, transitions, and captions; create weekly video series with consistent branding.
• Use Notion to organize, create, and view content ideas; manage posting cadence and weekly goals.
• Learn our ICP and refine what resonates with them; bring trend ideas to the team.
• Post consistently on your personal LinkedIn to build personal branding and startup culture.
