The selected candidate will also repair, replace and install plumbing fixtures, drainage systems, hot water heaters, boilers and associated hardware according to applicable codes and regulations. May also perform work in other maintenance specialties as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to those applicants who not only meet the minimum requirements, but also have:1. Backflow Prevention Certification (must acquire within 1 year of hire)2. Experience using National Plumbing Codes and locating underground utilities.3. Experience in the maintenance and repair of Lift Stations and Oil-Water Separators.4. Experience with commercial dishwashers, garbage disposals and water heaters.5.
