Job summary

Soliant is seeking an onsite General Education Teacher near Minneapolis, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract runs 35-37.5 hours per week from August 19, 2026, to May 18, 2027.

You will provide direct instruction and guidance to elementary students in a positive, nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities include preparing engaging lesson plans, delivering differentiated instruction, integrating technology, and maintaining open communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minnesota K-6 Elementary Education certification required.
• Experience planning and delivering differentiated instruction.
• Ability to integrate technology to engage a diverse classroom.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver creative lesson plans and instructional materials to foster active student participation.
• Instruct and monitor students’ use of learning materials, equipment, and technology.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate a diverse range of learners and learning styles.
