Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dependable Part-Time Commercial Cleaner for Sterling Heights, Michigan. Shifts run Mon–Fri from 6pm to 1am, offering flexible scheduling and paid training.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks at customer locations, follow established procedures, and work independently or with teammates to maintain clean, safe facilities. prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation is strongly preferred.
• Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts consistently.
• Ability to work independently and with other team members.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned cleaning tasks.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning breakrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Restocking paper products and cleaning supplies
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Reporting supply needs or maintenance concerns to your supervisor
• Working independently or as part of a team
• Maintaining a professional and dependable presence at the customer location
