Job Description – Generative AI Video Creator for Social Media Content

This is a fully remote position. We welcome applicants from anywhere.

We need a highly creative, AI-savvy video creator to produce high-performing promotional and influencer videos for our clients. The role involves leveraging generative AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.) to create virtual influencer videos.

You should have a knack for social media storytelling—especially TikTok—and know what types of videos drive engagement and conversions. You’ll focus on hooks, retention, and optimizing content for performance.

As part of a dynamic team that values impact, efficiency, and independence, you will take full responsibility for your roles and outputs in a remote setting.

Your Goals

You will produce short-form videos using generative AI and human editing, including creator remixes, promotional TikToks, and case study recaps. You’ll oversee the entire creative process—from scripting and voice creation to video production and post-editing.

Specifically, you will:

• Generate iterations of top influencer videos using AI, respecting legal considerations for influencer likenesses.
• Create virtual influencer videos to promote brands, replacing costly influencer shoots with AI-generated content.
• Create engaging social media videos with AI.
• Develop a scalable playbook for leveraging GenAI to deliver high-quality videos across clients.

Compensation

• $60,000–$90,000 annually DOE for full-time
• $30,000–$60,000 annually DOE for part-time

Video Creator Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Experience using generative AI tools (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Portfolio or at least 3 sample videos showcasing your editing and AI skills
• A strong portfolio with measurable engagement results
• Understanding of native TikTok storytelling techniques
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience with influencer or UGC content

Success in this Role

We value fast, independent learners who can adapt quickly and excel in a startup environment. Our training includes campaign brief walkthroughs, Loom tutorials, and feedback sessions. No technical training will be provided; candidates should already have GenAI skills.
