How You'll Make an Impact & What You'll Bring

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Leads the development and execution of AI-driven solutions to drive business transformation and efficiency
• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using technologies like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure Open AI, Databricks, AWS Bedrock, Docker, Kubernetes, Fast API, Snowflake, and more
• Collaborates with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists to align AI project outcomes
• Stays ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
• Drives go-to-market (GTM) strategy by engaging with executives to understand business needs, scope AI opportunities, and translate them into impactful project proposals
• Ability to be hands-on to create POCs and mentor Jr resources

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Personal Characteristics:
• Experience in translating business needs to AI/ML Solutions and Architectures as well as understanding team/resourcing/timeline etc.
• Willingness to travel to client locations
• Leading large teams 15+ people, scoping work/resources. Team player with the ability to mentor and upskill junior resources
• Ability to explain technical problems or concepts to non-technical users

Technical Skills:
• Exposure to data ingestion, wrangling, and ETL tools (SQL, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, etc.)
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Data Warehouse, Databricks Lakehouse, etc.)
• Expertise across modern cloud AI platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, Dataiku, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of Data Science and related technologies (Python, R, scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (Gen AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Applied Statistics
• Deep knowledge of deploying or embedding AI systems (Traditional ML and Generative AI) into web applications utilizing tools like docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Familiarity with version control system like Git, DevOps, etc.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or equivalent
