Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Gen AI Python Developer for an 18-month W2 contract with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) across Jersey City, Charlotte, and Addison.

The role centers on building Gen AI modules and scalable API-based services in a multi-repo environment. You will code, test, and integrate components across data, application, and business layers, using modern Python stacks and DevOps tooling.

Qualifications

• Expert Python development skills.
• Hands-on experience in application development in MongoDB, Redis, Angular/React Frameworks, Containerization.
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI Lifecycle Management and Development and its Ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Utilizes multiple architectural components in design and development of client requirements.
• Performs CI/CD activities.
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements.
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.
