A leading entertainment company is looking for an AI/ML Ops Engineer to enhance their AI Engineering team in Seattle, WA. The role revolves around managing AI platforms aimed at optimizing guest experiences and includes responsibilities like model deployment, performance monitoring, and collaboration across technical teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI/LLM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Responsible AI principles.

Responsibilities

• Own operational workflows for ML model deployment and updates.
• Monitor model performance KPIs including latency and error rates.
• Build dashboards for platform performance and cost management.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Gen AI/LLM platforms

Familiarity with AI agent architectures

Solid understanding of MLOps lifecycle

Strong reporting and dashboarding skills

Ability to coordinate across teams
