Johnson Electric seeks a hands-on Gen-AI engineer to own end-to-end AI technology stack, from data acquisition to model deployment, across an enterprise-scale platform. You will define architecture blueprints, establish DevOps and MLOps practices, and partner with SMEs to productionize high-value GenAI solutions.

The role emphasizes designing scalable, cost-aware patterns and ensuring data privacy, OT-IT convergence, and robust governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data / AI engineering.
• 2+ years building Gen-AI / LLM in production.
• Deep understanding of LangChain / LlamaIndex (RAG, Agentic workflows).
• Expert in prompt engineering and memory/tool management.
• Strong coding skills in Python and a typed language (Java, C#, or Go).
• Azure Cloud Services for AI or equivalent.
• Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes and GPU containers, CUDA drivers.

Responsabilités

• Define Gen-AI architecture blueprints, design guidelines, and model-cards aligning with data privacy, OT-IT convergence and cost models.
• Build and operate a reusable Gen-AI platform on Azure (AKS, AzureML, Azure OpenAI) provisioned via IaC and managed through DevOps pipelines.
• Integrate and orchestrate Gen-AI building blocks – LLM APIs, tooling, LangChain and vector databases.
• Partner with SMEs to transform ideas into production Gen-AI solutions and guide full lifecycle.
• Document reusable patterns and feed lessons back into the platform backlog.
