Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a GEN AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML applications using Python and modern frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow). You will build LLM-powered solutions, ML pipelines, and AI-driven integrations, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate strategic requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML development.
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience developing LLM-based applications using LangChain and vector DBs (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone).
• Designing end-to-end ML pipelines including training, validation and deployment.
• Solid understanding of ML, NLP and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with APIs, microservices and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• AI/ML Model Development: Design, build and optimize models using PyTorch/TF.
• LLM Generative AI Solutions: Develop applications powered by LLMs with LangChain and vector DBs.
• Python-based Application Development: Build scalable AI services and backend components.
• Data Engineering Pipelines: Prepare and manage datasets, feature pipelines, and training workflows.
• Model Deployment/MLOps: Deploy models into production via APIs, containers, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Evaluation Optimization: Tune and evaluate models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
