Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to design and build production-grade LLM-powered applications and agentic systems using Python and modern frameworks. You will own end-to-end development from architecture to deployment, including RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases and API integration.

The role emphasizes design, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions while ensuring reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equival en t required, with or without progressive experience in the specialty.
• End-to-end SDLC experience from requirements to implementation.
• Experience building production-grade backend systems with Python.
• Experience developing LLM-powered applications and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and guide design discussions.
• Participate in coding and integrate updates into existing applications while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality.
• Develop user training, documentation and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive strategies to improve reliability.
