We are currently seeking a Gen AI Director to join our team remotely in the United States.

As a Gen AI Director with NTT DATA’s Data and Artificial Intelligence practice, you will collaborate with a talented team of AI professionals, ensure successful project execution in a client-facing role, and contribute to business growth through your expertise in AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of AI projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the AI practice aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide AI teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Establish and maintain best practices for AI project management.
• Provide technical leadership in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and GenAI.
• Ensure the technical quality of AI solutions, including architecture, design, and implementation.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and integrate relevant innovations.
• Participate in presales activities like client presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop AI solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and propose tailored AI solutions.
• Develop and present AI use cases and success stories.
• Manage complex AI projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
• Foster a collaborative environment encouraging knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Drive development of frameworks and capabilities for the AI practice.
• Engage with clients to understand their AI needs and objectives.
• Provide strategic advice on AI initiatives to help clients leverage AI for business value.
• Deliver high-quality AI solutions ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining at least 50% utilization.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years designing solutions with data providers and hyperscalers (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Azure).
• 10+ years hands-on experience with large-scale data solutions (strategy, data prep, ETL, visualization).
• 4+ years experience with end-to-end AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years experience with AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and programming (e.g., Python).
• 1+ years experience with GenAI, including RAG, Agentic Frameworks, GANNs, Transformers, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama).

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years).
• Ability to travel 10-25%.
• AI/ML certifications from MAAG Clouds or renowned third-party platforms.
• Experience working with LLM architecture and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of generative models, GANs, and transformer-based models.
• Understanding of AI ethical standards.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Domain expertise in Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Public Sector.

Where required by law, NTT DATA offers a competitive compensation range for this remote role, starting from $169,088 to $329,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
