Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

As they expand this high-impact unit, they’re looking for a Director, AI Strategy & Enablement to play a leading role in shaping its vision, capabilities, and point of view. As Director, you’ll sit at the heart of this transformation - evaluating emerging platforms, co-developing proprietary tools, and helping define how AI shapes both client work and internal workflows. You’ll work cross-functionally, translating technical findings into real strategic value and supporting both internal teams and external pilots. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of experimentation, insight, and impact.

The Role:

• Audit and assess AI tools and platforms across marketing, media, content, and reporting workflows
• Translate findings into practical recommendations that prioritize usability and client value
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to co-create proprietary IP, campaign tools, and internal workflows
• Support the development of client deliverables, including AI-powered media strategies and generative search reports
• Monitor developments in generative AI, answer engine optimization (AEO), and media evolution, and articulate their implications for strategy and client engagement
• Provide internal enablement through frameworks, toolkits, and hands-on guidance

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6–10 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or communications, with a strong understanding of earned media
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools and platforms, including knowledge of their current capabilities and limitations
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort navigating technical workflows, paired with strategic instincts
• Confident communicator with the ability to translate complex technology into accessible, actionable insights for both internal teams and clients
• Passionate about shaping the future of communications by contributing to innovative IP and scalable frameworks
