Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a GenAI Developer in Bentonville, AR to build and deploy production-grade GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. You will implement embeddings-based retrieval and semantic search, and integrate LLMs on major cloud platforms.

GenAI Developer

• Build and deploy production-ready GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents/agentic workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, LangChain/LangGraph, APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Develop RAG solutions using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document retrieval.
• Integrate LLMs through platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and cloud deployment preferred.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 80-120Kdepending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
