Job summary

VALIANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Gen AI Architect to lead enterprise AI/ML strategy using Azure OpenAI and RAG techniques in investment banking contexts. You will design end-to-end AI solutions, govern models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant AI systems.

You will drive architecture choices, mentor engineering teams, and partner with DevOps to enable CI/CD for models, ensuring performance, reliability, and governance in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/ML architecture leadership in enterprise settings.
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions including LLMs and RAG.
• Deep knowledge of data workflows, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms for AI deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with governance, security, explainability, and ethical AI standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI/ML architecture roadmap across enterprise.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions including ingestion, features, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Lead integration of LLMs and RAG frameworks using LangChain/LangGraph.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML tools and cloud services based on use case needs.
• Ensure governance, security, explainability, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI principles.
• Guide engineering teams on scalability and performance optimization.
• Partner with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for AI including model versioning and deployment.
• Stay current with AI research and recommend best practices.
