Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a Gen AI Architect to leverage Generative AI models and Azure OpenAI services to transform investment banking processes. The role requires hands-on leadership in enterprise AI architecture and experience with LLMs, RAG, and Azure OpenAI.

You will design end-to-end AI solutions, guide engineering teams, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver scalable, secure AI systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience leading AI/ML architecture in enterprise
• Experience deploying LLMs and RAG frameworks at scale
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph
• Deep data workflows: feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment
• CI/CD for AI/ML with model versioning and monitoring
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI/ML architecture and strategy
• Design end-to-end AI solutions including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, inference, and monitoring
• Lead integration of LLMs and RAG frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Evaluate AI tools and cloud services according to use case needs
• Ensure governance, security, explainability, and regulatory compliance
• Guide engineering teams on scalable, reliable AI components
• Partner with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for AI models
• Stay abreast of industry research and emerging AI trends
