The position demands 15+ years in technology/architecture roles and 2+ years in agentic AI/LLM-based systems, with strong data engineering knowledge and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software/AI/architecture roles in enterprise settings.
• 2+ years designing or implementing agentic AI/LLM-based systems (production exposure preferred).
• Strong grounding in data engineering concepts and orchestration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for multi-agent systems to automate data tasks.
• Define agent design patterns: planning loops, memory/state management, multi-agent orchestration.
• Evaluate enterprise frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) for deployment.
• Set architecture standards for LLM integration, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool calls.
• Partner with data engineering teams to automate ingestion, transformation, and observability layers.
• Define guardrails, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints for autonomous workflows.
• Lead design reviews, POCs, and production transitions; mentor engineers.
