Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions at scale in a dynamic enterprise environment. You will build and optimize AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases, while guiding teams on prompt engineering and deployment best practices.

The role requires deep expertise in Python and major ML frameworks, experience deploying AI/ML in production, and a strong background in data analytics.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of IT experience with a strong Data & Analytics background.
  • 2+ years hands-on Generative AI model development and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art models and frameworks.
  • Build and optimize AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering techniques, and vector databases.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve products and services.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
