Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Gelcoat Technician - Sprayer for its Clinton, Missouri plant. This second-shift role operates from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential and a Sunday–Thursday schedule.

You will spray gel coat on hulls, decks, and components using hand-operated spray equipment and mil gauge measurements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to identify color shades, and basic hand-tool skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with gelcoat spray processes is preferred.
• Ability to identify colors and shades for gelcoat consistency.

Responsibilities

• Apply gel coat to hull and deck molds and related parts using hand-operated spray equipment.
• Perform pre-spray checks of equipment and materials.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform routine maintenance on spray guns.
• Operate spray gun to apply gel coats with measured coverage using mil gauge.
• Assist with mold surface cleaning and inspection.
