The Nature Conservancy is seeking an Associate, GEF Partnership and Public Funding to strengthen engagement with GEF, GBFF and related partners. The role coordinates complex information, supports pipelines, and advances learning across global teams.

Remote position; requires overlap with U.S. Eastern time and hands-on collaboration across time zones. Two-year term with potential extension based on budget and needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with the GEF, GBFF, or similar international development or financial institutions.
• Experience researching information from divergent sources and compiling it into a cohesive reporting structure.
• Experience with policy, public funding, or corporate initiatives at international, country, sub-national, or local levels.
• Experience presenting to government, multilateral organizations, nonprofit organizations, or corporate staff.
• Experience working with partners, government agencies, multilateral organizations, nonprofit organizations, or the corporate sector.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate defined workstreams supporting GEF/GBFF opportunity and proposal pipeline, including workplans, deadlines, inputs, review points, and follow-up.
• Support research on GEF and GBFF policies, programming directions, funding windows, country priorities, events, and partner activities; synthesize findings into concise materials.
• Coordinate among business units, regional teams, country programs, global strategies, and policy/public funding colleagues.
• Prepare and coordinate engagements with GEF Secretariat staff, GEF Agencies, governments, multilateral organizations, and other partners; develop agendas and briefing materials.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, relationship, and next-action information in CRM and other systems.
• Build and maintain knowledge-management resources, templates, intranet pages, training materials, and lesson-learned materials.
• Support proposal and project coordination, including document management and deadline tracking.
• Progressively own bounded deliverables and working-level relationships with clear escalation.
