Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks an instructor to provide instruction and training in the Career Education Center, developing individual achievement plans and academic goals for students.

You will work with CTT instructors to infuse applied academics and ensure GED/HSD completion and improved literacy and numeracy skills. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver, and ideally prior Job Corps experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Valid in-state teaching certificate or waiver required.
• Previous teaching or Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and training to students in the Career Education Center.
• Develop individual achievement plans and academic goals for students.
• Mentor, monitor, and model Career Success Standards for students.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure effective supervision and services.
• Ensure GED/HSD completion and improvement in literacy and numeracy.
