Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Gearbox Technician / Mechanic role located in Bessemer City, NC. The Gearbox Technician / Mechanic will be responsible disassembly and complete RCFA reporting, thoroughly cleaning and prepping of components, quality verification and assembly of gearboxes using best practices and following strict company procedures.

Qualifications

• Gearbox or transmission repair experience
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair experience
• Hands-on experience with gearbox maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of measuring equipment and reading drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in equipment maintenance or related field is a plus
