RNWBL in Wisconsin is seeking an Engineering professional to join the Gearbox Design & Manufacturing team. The role emphasizes collaboration with lead technicians on upgrade designs, troubleshooting, and developing BOMs, CAD models, and drawings for gearbox models.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in engineering, 2–4 years of CAD/PDM experience (SolidWorks preferred) and a strong eye for detail, quality, and customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills required.
• BS in a relevant engineering discipline required.
• CAD experience with SolidWorks and PDM software; GD&T a plus.

Responsabilités

• Co-own disassembly processes and assist with BOM creation.
• Create CAD models and full assembly drawings for gearbox models.
• Lead gear and bearing analysis with the Engineering Department.
• Review drawings and designs and support training of new hires.
• Design upgrades for bearings, lubrication, seals, and fits.
