The role blends customer interaction with hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment, including driving company vehicles and ensuring accurate documentation. You will verify inventory, tag and stage gear for cleaning, assist with routine maintenance, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, delivery, warehouse, or inventory management preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process incoming gear using established intake procedures
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain chain-of-custody documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
• Assist with tagging, sorting, tracking, and staging gear for cleaning and inspection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies
