Responsibilities

• Operate the GEA machines and follow safety work rules at all times as a core value.
• Configure SKU settings using RedZone, conduct checks and verify product descriptions and date codes.
• Observe product bagging for defects, misalignment and correct as needed.
• Perform poly changes and product changeovers.
• Stop equipment to clear/clean jaws and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain records related to production, including date codes and product labels.
• Inform lead or supervisor or maintenance of any equipment malfunction.
• Sanitize production areas, including retro on GEA machines, conveyors and floors, using standard chemicals.
• Adhere to SQF principles and report food safety concerns as required.
