Job summary

GE Vernova Wind is offering a Wind Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) with four 6-month rotations across Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test. As a Wind Edison Engineer, you will receive technical training, mentorship, and opportunities to pursue an MS in Engineering while growing your technical prowess.

The program includes global trainings and relocation considerations, with a path to advanced engineering roles within GE Vernova.

What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities)

As a Wind Edison Engineer, you will:

• Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test.
• Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering, and business trainings with other GE Vernova Development Program members from other functions and locations.
• Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world‑class technologists and experienced technical managers.
• Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas.
• Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering (if entering with a BS)

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following Engineering majors from an ABET accredited university.
• Eligible majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, Civil Engineering.
• Must have the ability to work in the United States for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

• Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 without rounding

• You are a highly motivated, self‑starter, energetic, positive individual who is flexible in changing environments and brings

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in project teams in an international environment

Additional Notes: Employees with a permanent address more than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible for a relocation package upon joining GE Vernova as well as rotating between sites while on‑program.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 85,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree and 86,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Master’s degree. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: 5% Discretionary annual bonus.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $75,000.00 and $95,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
