Job Description

Provide excellent patient care and actively participate in the care of patients in the Endoscopy unit. Assist professional staff in meeting the needs of Endoscopy patients. Provide technical assistance and support physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the GI lab. Participate in the maintenance of endoscopes and other specialized equipment used in endoscopic and non-endoscopic procedures. Maintain endoscopy washers and collaborate with bio-med engineers to ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• At least one (1) year of professional experience
