The role coordinates inputs across engineering, modeling & simulation, test organizations, program offices, and mission partners, delivering clear assessments of expected performance, risks, and readiness to leadership.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to support DoD programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience with test planning, pre-flight analysis, performance prediction, or technical assessment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate assumptions, and identify risks.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, test, modeling & simulation, and mission stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of pre-flight performance predictions, ensuring appropriate data, models, and methods.
• Coordinate inputs across engineering, testing, modeling & simulation, and mission stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate Joint Data Reviews with complete, validated technical inputs.
• Provide analytical support during test execution and track potential impacts on objectives.
