GDMT Remote Heart Failure Research Assistant- Limited

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with faculty and clinicians to establish a pilot program for GDMT optimization post-discharge

- Engage in patient recruitment and communication efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
