What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with faculty and clinicians to establish a pilot program for GDMT optimization post-discharge
- Utilize remote monitoring to assess clinical status of study subjects
- Conduct fast-paced weekly visits to achieve targeted GDMT doses for patients
- Engage in patient recruitment and communication efforts
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred, with a Bachelor's degree
